Captions

Captions are reusable text snippets for consistent, fast replies. They are especially useful for product descriptions, campaign copy, and message structures you reuse across Wabot.

Create a Caption

1. Open Settings → Caption.
2. Click New Caption.
3. Enter a clear internal Title.
4. Write the reusable Content.
5. Check the live WhatsApp preview.
6. Click Create Caption.

Captions support WhatsApp-style formatting:

• *bold*
• _italic_
• ~strikethrough~
• `monospace`

Reuse and Maintain Captions

1. Search the caption list by title or content.
2. Use Copy to place a caption on your clipboard.
3. Use Preview to check its appearance.
4. Use Edit to correct or refresh copy.
5. Select multiple captions only when you are ready to delete obsolete content.

tip

Use a naming convention such as Sales – Product A, Support – Delivery ETA, or Campaign – Raya 2026. It makes search and reuse much faster for the whole team.
